【摘 要】 目的：探讨整体护理对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机耐受有率及不良反应的影响。方法：选取我院2018年4月至2019年4月接诊的COPD合并呼吸衰竭88例进行研究，将其随机分成研究组44例和对照组44例。对比两组患者的耐受率和不良反应对比情况。结果：研究组耐受率为97.2%、不良反应发生率为2.27%，对照组耐受率为79.54%、不良反应发生率为15.90%，P<0.05。结论：对COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者开展整体护理，能够有效提高无创呼吸机耐受率，降低不良反应的发生，值得推广应用。
