【摘 要】 目的：评价基于健康体检某部队干部的健康管理效果。方法：收集2018年07月--2019年07月某部队干部82例，作为此次研究主体。基于健康体检结果，结合问卷调查，评价健康管理实施效果。结果：健康管理施行后，82例干部对疾病、不良行为、保健方式的知晓率均显著提高，不良生活方式发生率显著降低，与健康管理实施前存在明显差异(p<0.05)。结论：健康体检是开展健康管理的前提条件，在某部队干部中加强健康管理，可进一步促使其深入了解疾病知识，提高其自我管理能力，增强部队干部健康水平。
