【摘 要】 目的：探析胎膜早破患者采用循证护理的效果。方法：将本院2018年5月至2019年5月期间收治的60例胎膜早破患者随机平分为两组进行对比研究。结果：实验组患者的治疗有效率为3.33%明显低于对组患者的33.33%，差异显著，P<0.05。结果：采用护理干预措施进行胎膜早破患者的护理，能降低患者的并发症发生率，保证母婴安全，值得推广。

    Abstract ：objective to explore the effects of evidence-based nursing in patients with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 60 cases of premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups for comparative study. Results the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Results nursing care of patients with premature rupture of membranes with nursing intervention measures can reduce the incidence of complications and ensure maternal and infant safety.
