【摘 要】 目的：分析探讨人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法：本次研究对象均选自本院收治的患者共90例，就诊时间为2018年01月至2019年01月，设定其中45例为研究组并开展人性化优质护理服务，另外45例患者作为参照组开展常规护理，本次对比研究，比较两组患者的血气指标。结果：研究组患者的血气指标情况显著优于参照组，(P<0.05)。结论：人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭患者临床护理中的应用价值显著，具有推广价值。
