【摘 要】 目的：研究前瞻性护理对急性心肌梗死患者的便秘和生活质量的影响。方法：资料为2018年-2019年本院收治的58例急性心肌梗死患者，将其随机分为常规组(29例)和实验组(29例)，分别实施常规护理和前瞻性护理，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的便秘发生率和生活质量评分以及护理满意度评分均优于常规组，组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：针对急性心肌梗死患者实施前瞻性护理干预，可以有效降低患者的便秘发生率，改善其生活质量和护理满意度。
