【摘 要】 目的：分析优质护理对老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法：对本院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的48例患者按照不同护理方法均分为采用常规护理的参照组和采用优质护理的研究组，各24例，比较两组肺功能和生活质量情况。结果护理后，观察组肺功能情况明显高于参照组;观察组生活质量评分明显好于参照组，两组比较均(P<0.05)有统计学意义。 结论：优质护理对老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量有较好的改善，值得在临床上大力推广。
