【摘 要】目的：探讨在对血液透析患者治疗期间集束化护理所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院接受血液透析治疗的34例患者为主，收治时间为2019年4月-2019年8月，将所选患者分为人数均等的两组，采用常规护理和集束化护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者治疗第7天，体内C-反应蛋白、内毒素含量水平明显降低，仅1人出现导管相关性血流感染症状，发生概率为5.88%，与对照组相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：在集束化护理模式下，通过对患者病情进行监测，提前做好感染预防措施，在一定程度上降低了患者并发症状的发生频率，治疗效果更加显著。
