【摘 要】目的：分析早期胃癌在内镜下诊断结果及其治疗方法是否有效。方法：先查找胃癌的内镜相关基本资料，随后结合本院具体病例具体分析。结果：内镜下能诊断出早期胃癌、早期胃癌内镜下诊断治疗对患者的机体影响较传统治疗相比小很多、内镜下诊断治疗能有效防治复发和远端转移。结论：早期胃癌内镜诊断后加以治疗可以有效的避免其复发和转移。
