【摘 要】目的：探析锁骨骨折内固定治疗中实施早期康复护理的临床效果。方法：抽取2018年1月～2019年1月在我院进行内固定治疗的74例锁骨骨折患者分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=37)。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施早期康复护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组肩关节功能恢复时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组，比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组护理后肩关节功能评分高于对照组，对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：锁骨骨折内固定治疗中实施早期康复护理，效果肯定，值得推广。
