【摘 要】目的：探究健康教育在高血压患者健康管理中的作用。方法：选取2018年5月到2019年4月期间在我院接受治疗的高血压患者152例，将其按照护理方式的不同分为健康教育的研究组与常规护理的对照组，每组各76例患者，对两组患者的舒张压、收缩压与患者对护理的满意程度进行记录。结果：研究组患者的血压变化情况与护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育在高血压患者的健康管理中具有积极的作用，可以在之后的研究中推广应用。
