【摘 要】目的：分析留置导尿管相关尿路感染的主要原因，并给予其护理方法。方法：对我院在2018年所收治的50例留置导尿管患者的资料进行回顾性分析，分析尿路感染的主要因素。结果：经分析，留置导尿管相关尿路感染的因素主要包括年龄、性别、留置导尿管的时间、护理等方面。结论：为进一步降低留置导尿管尿路感染的发生率，需要对其加以重视，尤其是要做好年龄大、女性的护理，且还需要减少其时间。
