【摘 要】在对心脏外科手术的实际诊疗工作中，医护人员为查看患者脑部供血的充足情况，通常采用体外循环(CPB)时的血压和血氧饱和度(SjvO2)等指标进行检测，然而这种方法并没有取得良好的效果。最近几年通过医疗技术的不断发展，医学界研究出了颈静脉球血氧饱和度的新型检测方式，根据其在实际诊疗工作中的应用效果，对CPB期间的颈静脉球血氧饱和度进行监测，能够使患者脑部缺氧发生的几率得到降低，在心脏外科手术中可以取得良好的效果。
