【摘 要】 目的： 以妊娠中晚期的孕妇作为研究对象，讨论应用乳酸菌胶囊进行阴道炎治疗的效果以及对减低不良妊娠解决发生率的作用。 方法： 在我院妇产科选择180例孕妇作为研究对象，根据是否接受乳酸菌胶囊治疗将其分为普通治疗组和乳酸菌胶囊治疗组。跟踪观察采取不同治疗措施的孕妇组的妊娠结局。 结果： 乳酸菌胶囊治疗组的患者发生不良妊娠结局的几率更低，与普通治疗组孕妇相比有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论： 在妊娠中晚期应用乳酸菌胶囊治疗阴道微生态失调的问题，能够取得良好的效果， 并且在减低不良妊娠结局发生率方面有显著的促进作用。

    Abstract：

    Objective： to study the effect of lactic acid bacteria capsules on vaginitis and to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy. Methods： 180 pregnant women were selected as subjects in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital. The pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with different treatment measures was followed up. Results： the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower in the lactobacillus capsule treatment group than in the normal treatment group (P<0.05).
