【摘 要】目的：观察康惠尔透明贴预防小儿静脉炎的临床效果。方法：选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月接诊的输液患儿80例作为研究对象，将其按照数字随机表法平均分成研究组和对照组，每组各有40例。对照组患儿采用常规3M透明贴固定，研究组患儿采用康惠尔透明贴，对比两组患儿的静脉炎发生率和静脉留置针留置时间。结果：研究组患儿的静脉炎发生率为2.5%，明显低于对照组患儿的17.55%，比较差异明显，P<0.05具有统计学意义;研究组患儿静脉留置针留置时间(62.23±4.89)h，明显低于对照组患儿的(75.47±4.97)h，比较差异明显，P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：对使用静脉留置针患儿使用康惠尔透明贴固定能够降低静脉炎的发生率，缩短留置时间，值得进一步推广。
