【摘 要】目的：研究小儿紫癜型肾炎运用中医治疗的具体临床效果。方法：随机抽取我院2018年12月～2019年2月收治的60例小儿紫癜性肾炎患者，按照住院顺序将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者运用西医常规治疗，而观察组小儿紫癜性肾炎患者采用中医综合治疗，对比两组患者治疗有效率。结果：运用中医治疗的观察组小儿紫癜性肾炎患者的治疗有效率为93.3%，而对照组患者的治疗有效率为60%，观察组数据优于对照组，组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：对于小儿紫癜性肾炎患者运用中医综合治疗，可以提升治疗效果。
