【摘 要】目的：探析冠心病心衰患者负性情绪状态及影响因素。方法：选取72例冠心病心力衰竭患者，以HAD量表评估影响患者情绪的基本资料。结果：患者年龄、文化程度以及原发病都是冠心病心衰患者负性情绪影响因素，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：冠心病心力衰竭患者会出现较为明显的不良情绪，且受到年龄、文化程度影响比较大，所以针对不同年龄患者应实施不同干预。
