【摘 要】目的：研究乳腺癌患者术后化疗行外周静脉置入中心静脉置管(PICC)护理与静脉输液港置管护理的效果。方法：将在本院肿瘤科行乳腺癌术后化疗的患者46例分为两组。A组行PICC及护理;B组行静脉输液港置管护理，比较效果。结果：B组患者的自理能力及并发症发生率更优于A组，比较差异p<0.05。结论：静脉输液港置管及护理用于乳腺癌术后化疗中效果更为显著。
