【摘 要】目的：探讨视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的效果及对患者视神经功能的影响。方法：选取我院收治的眼底病患者68例，随机分组，对照组给予药物治疗，研究组给予视网膜激光光凝术治疗，比较两组治疗情况、视神经功能。结果：研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)，视神经功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病疗效显著，能够改善患者视神经功能。
