【摘 要】目的：探讨透明帽辅助内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗内痔疗效。方法：抽取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例内痔患者的临床资料，按照入院的先后，划分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者给予透明帽辅助内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗。对两组患者的临床症状评分进行观察和比较。结果：在治疗后，观察组患者的各项症状评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对内痔患者运用透明帽辅助内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗的临床效果较好，可加以推广。
