【摘 要】目的：针对中药熏洗辅助治疗小儿外感发热退热的临床效果展开分析探讨。方法：选取我院2018年6月～2019年6月收治的94例小儿外感发热患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各47例。对照组在常规抗炎抗病毒治疗基础上予以温水熏洗方法，观察组在常规抗炎病毒治疗基础上予以中药熏洗辅助治疗方法，对照两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率为95.74%，显著高于对照组38.29%，两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药熏洗辅助治疗小儿外感发热退热效果理想，能够有效起到降温作用，值得临床推广应用。
