【摘 要】目的：探讨预防接种门诊中护理投诉原因和防范措施。方法：在2018年1月至2019年1月期间在我院预防接种门诊中选取40例接种儿童，针对相关护理投诉因素制定相应的防范措施。结果：制定相应防范措施后，发生护理投诉事件的几率明显降低，与实施前相比较，组间差异性显著(p<0.05)。结论：重视预防接种门诊护理安全管理和教育，可有效的降低不良护理事件发生，使护理投诉情况降低，获得优质的护理服务。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the causes and preventive measures of nursing complaints in vaccination clinics. Methods： From January 2018 to January 2019， 40 vaccinated children were selected in our hospital's vaccination clinic， and corresponding preventive measures were formulated according to relevant nursing complaints.
