【摘 要】目的：探讨成组强化护理模式对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的康复应用。方法：选取2018年9月-2019年9月我院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者142例，应用随机数字法分为两组，对照组进行常规护理模式，研究组进行成组强化护理模式。结果：研究组NOISE评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分、SDSS-1评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：成组强化护理模式对住院慢性精神分裂症患者具有十分明显的疗效，能够提高患者的日常生活能力，有利于患者的治疗，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the rehabilitation application of group intensive nursing mode for hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 142 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing mode and the research group received group-based intensive nursing mode. Results the NOISE score of the study group was better than that of the control group (p < 0.05). The ADL score and SDSS-1 score of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
