【摘 要】目的：探究前置胎盘剖腹产手术观察与出血处理方法。方法：将本院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的50例前置胎盘患者作为本次研究对象，将全部患者分为两组，即为对照组与观察组各25例，其中对照组患者采用欣母沛，观察组患者采用欣母沛+宫腔填砂。对比两组患者相关指标、并发症出现情况。结果：观察组患者各项指标情况均优于对照组患者，并发症出现率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：采用欣母沛+宫腔填砂的方式，对前置胎盘剖腹产手术出血处理的效果更为明显，值得加以推广。
