【摘 要】目的：分析脑卒中伴有吞咽困难者经综合康复护理训练后的成效。方法：选取本院康复科68例患者，根据数字表随机分为研究组与对照组。采取两种不同的护理训练方式，对比成效。结果：研究组患者的神经功能缺损、吞咽功能评分均优于对照组患者，比较差异p<0.05。结论：脑卒中伴有吞咽困难者经综合康复护理训练后，成效明显，值得应用。
