【摘 要】目的：观察肝衰竭患者使用血浆置换与连续性血液净化治疗的成效。方法：纳入56例肝衰竭患者，采取不同的治疗方式，对比成效。结果：研究组患者的治疗效果明显优于常规组，p<0.05。结论：肝衰竭患者使用血浆置换与连续性血液净化治疗后效果明显。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the effectiveness of plasma exchange and continuous blood purification in patients with liver failure.Method：Fifty-six patients with liver failure were included， and different treatment methods were adopted to compare the effects.Result：The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group p <0.05.Conclusion：Patients with liver failure have significant effects after plasma exchange and continuous blood purification treatment.
