【摘 要】 目的：探究基于PDCA循环的中医护理对乳腺癌术后患者的护理成效。方法：选取我院在2017年9月到2018年5月收治的乳腺癌患者80例，按照随机表法均分为研究组和对照组。对照组接受常规中医护理，研究组在常规护理基础上接受基于PDCA循环的中医护理，比较护理满意度和护理质量。结果：研究组的护理质量评分高于对照组且研究组比对照组的护理满意度高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PDCA循环模式下的中医护理改进，可以提高乳腺癌术后患者的护理质量和护理满意度，可推广应用。
