【摘 要】 目的：讨论阿司匹林联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者激素水平及妊娠率的影响观察。方法：选取我院治疗的多囊卵巢综合征不孕的患者80例，根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组，在实验组中使用阿司匹林联合来曲唑治疗，在对照组中使用来曲唑治疗。结果：实验组患者的激素水平、并发症发生率、妊娠率数据表现较优，P<0.05。结论：对多囊卵巢综合征不孕的患者使用阿司匹林聯合来曲唑治疗，可以有效改善激素水平，提高妊娠率，具有重要的临床价值。
