【摘 要】 目的：对妊娠期高血压疾病采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的临床效果分析。方法：本研究选择102例妊娠期高血压疾病患者是我院近两年收治的，均分为采用硫酸镁治疗的对照组和以此为基础联合硝苯地平治疗的试验组，对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果：试验组患者临床效果显著较高(P<0.05);且两组不良反应率方面差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论：妊娠期高血压选择硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗有显著优势，患者的健康状况也会较大的改善。

    Abstract：Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on hypertension during pregnancy. Methods： In this study， 102 patients with hypertension during pregnancy were treated in our hospital in the past two years. They were divided into a control group treated with magnesium sulfate and a test group based on this combined with nifedipine. The clinical efficacy was compared. Results： The clinical effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher (P <0.05);and the difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05).
