【摘 要】 目的：比较真空辅助旋切术与经乳晕旁切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿物的疗效。方法：78例乳腺良性肿物患者平分为对比组和研究组。分别实施经乳晕旁切口手术和真空辅助旋切术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：研究组手术指标、患者乳房美观度评分高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论：真空辅助旋切术手术治疗乳腺良性肿物效果好。

    Abstract：Objective：To compare the effect of vacuum assisted circumcision and periareolar incision in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods：78 patients with benign breast tumor were divided into control group and study group. The patients were treated by periareolar incision and vacuum assisted circumcision. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results：the operation index and breast beauty score of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion：vacuum assisted circumcision is effective in the treatment of benign breast masses.
