【摘 要】 目的：探讨对脑瘫患儿实施康复护理的效果。方法：选取60例患儿随机分成实验组与对照组每组各30例，两组均予以对症治疗，对照组在此基础上实施常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上实施康复护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：干预后两组MDI、ADL评分均较干预前提高，而实验组提高幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论：将康复护理用于小儿脑瘫护理中的效果满意，值得推广。
