【摘 要】 目的：分析集束化护理模式在血液透析中的运用。方法：将107例接受血液透析的肾衰竭患者分成对照组、集束组，以常规护理模式、集束化护理模式开展护理。结果：集束组导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)发生率、导管意外事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);集束组焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：集束化护理模式用于血液透析患者，可减少CRBSI的发生，保障患者的透析安全性。

    Abstract：Objective：to analyze the application of cluster nursing model in hemodialysis. Methods： 107 patients with renal failure who received hemodialysis were divided into control group and cluster group. Results： the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSI) and catheter accidents in the cluster group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The cluster group's anxiety score was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： cluster nursing can reduce the occurrence of CRBSI and guarantee the safety of hemodialysis.
