【摘 要】 目的：总结肛瘘切开根治术围手术期的护理体会。方法：43例行手术治疗婴幼儿的护理资料。结果：43例患儿伤口创面愈合良好出院，平均住院日3.5天，出院后门诊治疗。随访3个月，治愈率100%，无复发。结论：细致全面的护理对提高患儿及患儿家属的的依从性，从而积极主动的配合治疗护理工作，提高婴幼儿肛瘘的治愈率。

    Abstract：Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of perioperative period after radical resection of anal fistula. Methods：43 patients were treated by operation.
