【摘 要】目的：探究健康指导与护理干预在儿童单纯性肥胖症的影响。方法：随机抽取116例2016年4月-2018年6月在社区跟踪的儿童单纯性肥胖症患者的资料，随机分为对照组与试验组，对照组：常规饮食指导，试验组：护理干预+健康指导。对比健康指导后有效率。结果：试验组健康指导后有效率(95%)，对照组(83%)，试验组健康指导有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在儿童单纯性肥胖症中应用护理干预与健康指导，可有效降低体重、体重指数，效果显著，值得推广应用。
