【摘 要】目的：分析乳房自我检查对乳腺疾病早期筛查的作用。方法：回顾性分析2018年10月-2019年10月某社区108例女性，给予乳房自我检查的54例为实践组，无自查的54例为一般组，并依据组织病理学检查结果，观察两组乳腺疾病检出情况。结果：在组织病理学检查结果中，实践组乳腺疾病发生率为38.89%，一般组乳腺疾病发生率为40.74%，无显著差异，P>0.05。在具体检查中，实践组乳腺疾病检出率(90.91%)高于一般组(54.55%)，P<0.05。结论：在乳腺疾病早期筛查中，乳房自我检查的应用可有效提升检出率，利于患者早诊断早治疗。
