【摘 要】 目的：探究在基层医院护理服务中应用柔性管理理论的作用。方法：选取我院护理人员40名、患者100例作为研究对象，随机分组，对照组采取常规护理管理，观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用柔性管理理论，对比两组护理人员的满意度以及患者满意度。结果：观察组护理人员满意度、患者满意度均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：在基层医院护理服务中联合采取柔性管理理论可以显著的提高护理人员的服务质量，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
