摘要】目的探讨步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床效果。方法将100例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规抗心律失常治疗,治疗组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗,然后两组患者进行临床疗效比较。 结果步长稳心颗粒对心律失常均有很好的疗效,且无明显的不良反应,效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗心律失常时步长稳心颗粒可作为首选中成药。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of step stable heart granule of treating arrhythmia. Methods 100 cases of arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were given routine anti-arrhythmic therapy, the treatment group while giving stable heart particle therapy, and then compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results: The step-size solid particles on heart arrhythmia have a good effect, with no significant adverse reactions, the effect much better than the control group(P<0.05).
