【摘要】 目的研究应用星状神经节阻滞治疗神经官能症的疗效,及其与常规药物治疗的差异性。方法应用神经症筛选表选取120例患者入组,运用焦虑抑郁量表评估无显著差异后随机分为两组:实验组60例,应用星状神经节阻滞进行治疗;对照组60例,常规药物治疗,并于治疗前治疗两周、六周进行疗效评估和对比观察。结果治疗前无显著差异(P<0.05);治疗两周后,实验组,总有效率为94%,对照组,总有效率为52%;治疗六周后,实验组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为63%,且实验组的副反应明显少于对照组。

    【Abstract】 PurposeResearch and Application of stellate ganglion block treatment of neurosis efficacy, and its relationship with conventional drug treatment differences.
