摘要】 目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产的作用和安全性。方法将50例足月妊娠的正常孕妇有引产指征者随机分成两组进行比较。研究组:25例口服米非司酮150mg及米索前列醇50ug舌下含服,每四小时一次至正式临产,对照组用10%葡萄糖500ml+2.5% 缩宫静滴。结果两组引产总有效率分别为95.7%和76.3%,有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行足月妊娠引产,能促进宫颈成熟,诱发子宫收缩,并安全、有效、方便,有临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Purpose Of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the role of full-term pregnancy, induced labor and security. Methods 50 patients with full-term pregnancy in normal pregnant women with indications for labor induction were randomly divided into two groups for comparison. Study group: 25 cases of oral mifepristone 150mg and 50ug sublingual misoprostol every four hours to once a formal labor in the control group with 10% glucose 500ml +2.5% Oxytocin intravenous infusion. Results The total effective induction groups were 95.7% and 76.3%, there is a significant difference (p <0.01). Conclusion Application of mifepristone with misoprostol for labor induction in term pregnancy can promote cervical ripening, induce uterine contraction, and safe, effective, convenient and there is clinical value. ......
