【摘要】目的探讨急性胆囊炎外科治疗的临床体会。方法对我院106例急性胆囊炎患者的临床过程进行回顾性分析。结果术后并发胆漏1例、伤口感染3例、胆管炎2例,病理检验急性单纯性胆囊炎22例,急性化脓性胆囊炎51例,急性坏疽性胆囊炎30例,胆囊穿孔3例。全部病例均治愈出院。结论选择准确的手术期是提高治愈率,降低死亡率的关键,是患者生命健康的强力保障。

    【Abstract】objectiveExplore the surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis clinical experience. Methods In patients with acute cholecystitis 106 cases of clinical process were analyzed retrospectively. Results Postoperative concurrent pylethrombosis 1, 3 cases of wound infection in 2 cases, cholangitis, pathology, 22 cases with acute cholecystitis being overweight 51 cases with acute suppurative cholecystitis, 30 cases of acute cholecystitis, gangrene of gall bladder perforation in 3 cases. All patients were cured. Conclusion Select the accurate rate is to improve the operation period, the key is to decrease the mortality of patients health ensurance. ......
