3.4其他小肠疾病:
目前胶囊内镜检查中还诊断了一些少见的疾病,如小肠异位胰腺、短肠综合症、小肠吸收不良、P-J综合症等。
4..局限性及发展前景
胶囊内镜的优点显而易见,与传统内镜相比其操作方便,无创性,无需镇定剂;彩色图像清晰,对小肠病变诊断率高;一次性使用,无任何污染;可为患者提供全胃肠道图像;无需住院,并发症极少;资料利于会诊、教学、保存等。但是,胶囊内镜的图像都是随机摄取,胶囊在小肠内靠肠蠕动向前运动,无法主动控制姿态,造成图像遗漏或失真;而且气泡、小肠液、血液和未消化食物残渣均可影响图象质量;另外其视野有限,在小肠近端胶囊通过速度较快,存在一定的漏诊率;目前技术水平下不能精确定位小肠肿瘤位置;不能进行活检和组织学检查;不能进行治疗,胶囊电池工作时间胶短,在抵达病变部位前电池能量已耗尽[11]以及国内胶囊费用过高难以适应普查要求等限制了其临床应用的范围。
