【摘要】 目的 探讨IUD异位的诊断、处理、预防。方法 通过分析我院2007年1月至2009年12月住院收治的15例IUD异位患者的临床表现和治疗方法。结果 取IUD时困难史,经B超或宫腔镜、盆腔X线检查可诊断IUD异位;IUD异位时可在B超、宫腔镜引导下取出,也可经腹腔镜或开腹取出。结论 选择合适的IUD类型和型号,已绝经的妇女应及时取器,哺乳期妇女置器慎用有臂的IUD如T形IUD和MCu功能性IUD等可预防IUD异位。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnosis , treatment and prevention of ectopic intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUD). Methods we analyses the clinical manifestation and treatment of 15patients diagnosed as ectopic IUDs who admitted in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 . Results ectopic IUDs

    can be diagnosed by sonography ,hysteroscope and X-ray andremoved by hysteroscope under the surveillance of sonography or laparoscope or laparotomy . ConclusionSuitable type and patten number should be selected ,the IUD in menopausal women should be taken out of in time .To place IUD in womb of lactational women should be carefuly . Medicated T-IUD and MCu function IUD can prevent ectopia possibly . ......
