【摘要】 目的探讨护理告知在护理管理中的应用。方法对我院2005年5月—2009年12月收治的患者资料进行分析总结。结果提高护士长管理意识及管理能力,提高护理人员整体质量意识,保证护理服务质量。结论实施护理告知有效提高了护理质量,从而调动了护士学习积极性,工作由被动变主动,以满足患者在疾病信息、心理等方面的需求,同时把此项工作纳入护理质量管理中,以达到提高护理质量的目的。
