【摘要】 重度妊娠高血压患者围手术是妇产科最常见的严重并发症,及时终止妊娠是治疗妊高征最为重要的手段之一。多年的临床实践证明,剖宫产是抢救重度妊高征的最有效手段,而做好重度妊娠高血压围手术期的护理同样是保证母婴安全的重要环节。本院自2009年1月到2010年1月收治重度妊高征28例,其中行剖宫产术19例, 本组病人均有不同程度的水肿、蛋白尿、高血压伴自觉症状等。但母婴平安出院。现将护理体会报告如下。
