【摘要】 目的 探讨医学院实习生依恋类型,应对方式与心理健康水平之间的关系。方法 以整群抽样的方式选取正在医院实习的医学院大学生212名,用关系问卷(RQ)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、应对方式问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测查。结果 212名被试中安全型依恋者占47.6%,轻视型占32.1%,倾注型占13.2%,害怕型占7.1%;在应对方式中,安全型(8.9±1.8)在“否认与心理解脱”的得分显著低于轻视型、倾注型和害怕型;而在“情感求助与宣泄”上,安全型被试的得分显著高于非安全型的被试;并且在SCL-90总分上,安全型依恋的被试(109.7±23.6)显著低于轻视型(121.5±26.5)、倾注型(138.3±38.5)和害怕型(120.9±38.9);被试的心理健康水平可以通过依恋回避、依恋焦虑,以及否认与心理解脱进行预测。结论 医学院实习生的心理健康水平与他们的依恋类型以及应对方式之间存在密切的联系

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the relationship among attachment patterns, coping style and mental health of medical college students in internship. Methods 212 medical college students in internship were recruited to complete 4 questionnaires, including the two widely used measurements of adult attachment: Relationship Questionnaire (RQ) and Experience of Close Relationship (ECR) to measure students’ attachment style, Social Support Requirement Scale for measuring social support, and Symptom Check Scale List-90 (SCL-90) measuring their mental health. Results The distributions of adult attachment measured by RQ were: 47.6% secure, 32.1% dismissing, 13.2% preoccupied, and 7.1% fearful. Meanwhile secure attachment participants got significant lower score on ‘denying the problems and mental disengagement’ and higher score on ‘seeking emotional support and venting of emotions’ than dismissing, preoccupied and fearful. Moreover, those secure participants (109.7±23.6)got significant lower scores on all indexes of SCL-90 than dismissing(121.5±26.5), preoccupied (138.3±38.5)and /or fearful attachment students (120.9±38.9). Regression analysis showed that participants’ mental health can be predicted by attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and ‘denying the problems and mental disengagement’. Conclusion The mental health level of medical college students in internship was related to their attachment and social support levels.
