米非司酮与血府逐瘀胶囊配合治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察(1)

     【摘要】目的 观察米非司酮与血府逐瘀胶囊配合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 将绝经前且有症状的子宫肌瘤患者118例随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组60例，血府逐瘀胶囊6粒口服，每日2次；米非司酮5mg口服每日1次；对照组58例，米非司酮5mg口服每日1次；两组均从月经周期第1天开始，连服3个月。在治疗前后均进行B超检查，确定子宫肌瘤大小和子宫的大小，并行诊刮、子宫内膜病理检查，排除子宫内膜恶性病变，观察子宫内膜变化；检测治疗前后血红蛋白水平、雌孕激素水平及肝、肾功能，观察服药后的不良反应，并按规定随访。结果 两组患者经治疗后均出现闭经，血红蛋白上升，雌孕激素水平及子宫内膜均维持在增殖早期。两组治疗后子宫大小、肌瘤的体积均缩小，治疗组最大肌瘤体积和子宫体积缩小较多，两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组不良反应相类似且均无需特殊处理，多数患者停药后月经逐渐恢复，肌瘤复发。结论：米非司酮与血府逐瘀胶囊配合治疗子宫肌瘤效果优于单纯应用米非司酮治疗，适用于手术前治疗，近绝经期用药者可提前闭经。但存在停药后复发的缺点，尚不能完全替代手术治疗。

    【Abstract】ObjectivTo observe the effects of mifepristone and Xuefuzhuyu capsule combined with the clinical effects of treatment of uterine fibroids. MethodsThe pre-menopausal symptoms and there were 118 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in treatment group, 6 Xuefuzhuyu oral capsules, 2 times a day; 5mg oral mifepristone 1 day; the control group 58 cases, daily oral administration of mifepristone 5mg 1; two groups were from the 1st day of menstrual cycle, even for 3 months. ResultsThe patients were amenorrhea after treatment, increased hemoglobin, estrogen and progesterone levels and endometrial proliferation were maintained at an early stage.
