【摘要】目的 探讨腰椎术后椎间盘炎临床与影像学表现，评价介入治疗方法的作用。方法 对52 例患者椎间盘炎的病理、临床、影像学表现进行分析，对其中20例行经皮穿刺病灶清除、灌洗、局部给药治疗。结果 病理学检查示间盘组织中有中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润；影像学表现主要有椎间隙变窄，椎体局限性骨质破坏及终板增生与硬化；介入治疗可缓解症状，缩短病程。结论 充分认识该病的临床与影像学表现，有助于该病的早期诊断；PLD 技术治疗术后椎间盘炎效果好。

    Early Imageological Diagnosis and Interventional Therapy for Post-operative Discitis

    【Abstract】Objective To discuss the clinical and imageological manifestations of post-operative discitis and to evaluate the effect of interventional therapy. MethodsBy analyzing the pathological, clinical and imageological manifestations of 52 cases of discitis, and performing percutaneous puncture to remove and clean the focus of infection and apply medicine to the local region.Results Pathological examination showed that there was infiltration of neutrophil and lymphocyte in the intervertebral disk; imageological diagnosis indicated narrowed intervertebral space, local bone destruction of vertebral body, and hyperplasia and sclerosis of end plate; interventional therapy could alleviate the symptoms and shorten the disease course.Conclusions The full understanding on the clinical and imageological manifestations of this disease is helpful for the early diagnosis of it; the PLD technique has satisfactory effect on post-operative discitis. ......
