【摘要】目的 了解五华区暗娼性传播疾病流行情况和相关危险行为。方法：在娱乐场所现场由经过培训的专业技术人员进行相关的问卷调查，并采集血液进行HIV抗体、梅毒、丙肝抗体检测。结果： 2010年404名暗娼检出HIV抗体阳性0人，梅毒TRUST阳性4人，ELISA-TP阳性9人，TPPA阳性9人，丙肝抗体阳性3人。结论：暗娼的商业性性行为是性传播疾病的感染脆弱人群，同时也是传播性相关疾病的高危人群，开展干预工作时，应强调疾病风险和安全套的使用。
