【摘要】目的 了解江苏省北部地区农村小学生心理卫生状况，分析影响小学生心理健康的相关因素，为小学生心理健康干预提供依据。方法 利用分层随机抽样的方法，抽取苏北地区3000名农村小学生，采用小学生心理健康评定量表(MHRSP)进行自填问卷式调查。结果 量表的信度检验显示：量表中各分量表的区分度较好。分量表中偏离检出率较高的有：行为障碍(16.1%)、学习障碍(14.8%)、情绪障碍(13.1%)、性格缺陷(15.6%)，它们是主要心理问题所在；班级、年龄、性别、母亲职业、家庭月收入是小学生量表得分偏离率的影响因素，父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、家庭类型、是否独生子女对各分量表和总量表得分偏离率无影响。结论 在进行小学生心理卫生干预工作、制定干预方案时，要紧密结合该地区小学生中存在的主要心理问题和这些心理问题的影响因素。

Survey On Mental Health Status Of the Primary School Students in Rural Area of Northern
Jiangsu Province
【ABSTRACT】ObjectiveTo know Mental Health status of primary school students in northern Jiangsu Province, analysis the factors related to primary school students’ mental health, and provide scientific basis to mental health interventions towards them. MethodsUsing stratified random sampling method, sampling 3000 rural primary school students in North Jiangsu, and launching self-administered questionnaire-type survey by primary mental health measurement scale (MHRSP). ResultsScale reliability test shows: All subscales have good discriminating degree in the Scale. There are subscales with a higher detection rate of deviation such as: Conduct Disorder (16.1%), Learning Disabilities (14.8%), Mood Disorders (13.1%), Personality Defects (15.6%), which consist to the major psychological problems; Class, Age, Sex, Mother's Occupation, Family Income are the influencing factors to score deviated rate of scales, Father Education Level, Mother's Education Level, Family Type, Whether The Student Is a only Child have no effect to score deviated rate of scales. ConclusionWhen we develop intervention programs to students in the region in primary mental health interventions, we should make them in close connection with the presence of major psychological problems and influencing factors of these psychological problems.
