【摘要】目的 通过对健康体检人员乙肝病毒(HBV)感染情况的调查，了解社会人群中HBV感染情况。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)对健康体检人员进行HBV感染的血清学检查。结果5346名健康体检人员的HBsAg总阳性率为7.03%，其中男性为 8.37%，女性为 5.37%，HBsAg阳性率男性高于女性；以小于40岁年龄段阳性率最高；HBsAg合并抗-HBe、抗- HBc阳性与 HBsAg合并HBeAg、抗- HBc阳性是感染的主要模式，分别占46.81%和22.87%。 结论 本次调查发现社会健康人群HBV感染水平较高，而且感染者多对自己的感染情况不了解。因此，人们应该定期进行健康检查，加强自我防护意识，更好地预防乙肝。

【Abstract】Objective Healthy volunteers by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection survey to find social groups in the HBV infection. Methods By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for HBV infection in healthy volunteers for the serological examination. Results 5346 healthy volunteers of the HBsAg positive rate was 7.03%, 8.37% in males and females 5.37%.HBsAg positive rate of males than females; Age of less than 40 years the highest positive rate , HBsAg combination of anti-HBe、anti-HBc positive and HBsAg combined HBeAg , anti-HBc positive is the main mode of infection，accounted for46.81% and22.87%. Conclusions The survey found that HBV infection in society higher levels of healthy people, and many of the infected do not understand their own situation.Therefore, people should be regular health checks, enhance self-protection awareness,better prevention of hepatitis B virus infection .

我国乙肝病毒感染率非常高，乙肝对人们的身体健康造成极大伤害，普通人群往往在未表现出明显症状时，就已被乙肝病毒所感染。为了解社会健康人群中乙肝病毒的感染情况，我们对2008-2009年来我院健康体检人员进行了乙肝病毒感染情况调查，现将结果分析如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 调查对象 2008 ~2009年来我院进行健康体检人员共5346人，其中男性2962人 ，女性2384 人，年龄在18~78岁。
1.2 试剂 检测乙肝病毒标志物所用试剂盒由厦门英科新创公司提供，批号为：2008016121、2009026102。
1.3 仪器 使用深圳雷杜公司提供的RT-2600C洗板机进行洗板， RT-2100C酶标仪进行试验结果的判读。
1.4 方法 用一次性真空采血管抽取体检者静脉血5ml，离心分离血清备用，用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)双抗体夹心法检测HBsAg，HBeAg，双抗原夹心法检测抗-HBs，竞争法检测抗-HBe、抗- HBc，所有操作及结果判断均严格按试剂盒说明进行，所有试剂均在有效期内使用。
2结果
2.1 健康体检人员HBsAg阳性检出率：共检测5346 人，检出HBsAg阳性人数376人，总阳性率为 7.03 %。
2.2 不同性别体检人员HBsAg感染情况：男性受检者2962人，HBsAg阳性者248人，阳性率为8.37%；女性受检者2384人，HBsAg阳性者128人，阳性率为5.37%，HBsAg阳性率男性高于女性，结果见表1。
