【摘要】目的 对曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗缺血性心力衰竭的疗效进行临床观察。方法 选取我院于2008年2月～2009年12月收治的心力衰竭患者共80例，患者住院治疗，平均分为两组，对照组使用常规抗心力衰竭治，β受体阻滞剂、强心苷、硝酸酯类药物；治疗组使用曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀，曲美他嗪3次/1天，每次20mg，患者在晚上睡口服前辛伐他汀20mg，两组以三个月一个疗程，结束治疗后记录结果。结果 治疗组治疗心衰的总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组的72.5%。结论 曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗缺血性心力衰竭，疗效稳定，可以明显改善心室的收缩和舒张功能。

    【Abstract】Objective Trimetazidine combined simvastatin treatment of ischemic heart failure clinical observation. Methods A hospital in February 2008 ~ December 2009 of heart failure patients admitted to 80 cases of hospitalized patients, divided into two groups, treatment with conventional anti-heart failure, β blockers, cardiac glycosides, nitrates; treatment group trimetazidine combined with simvastatin, trimetazidine 3 times/1 day per 20mg, patients sleep at night before oral simvastatin 20mg, two to three a course of months, after the end of the treatment records of the results. Results heart failure treatment, the total effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than 72.5%.
